EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility All customers may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product has manufacturing defects
  • You are an EU customer exercising your right of withdrawal (within 14 days, no reason required)

To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Clearance or final-sale items (EU right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized/custom items)

Refund Process Once the returned item is inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
